How to Translate a Question Bank Into Regional Languages
Translating an existing English question bank into Hindi or another regional language, without breaking math notation or diagrams.
Translation has to leave math alone
A naive translation pass run over a question that contains LaTeX or embedded image references risks mangling exactly the parts that shouldn't change — an equation shouldn't get "translated" at all, and a diagram reference certainly shouldn't. Any translation step for question content needs to specifically protect math and image markers, translating only the surrounding language, or the output ends up unusable regardless of how good the translated prose is.
Reviewing before it's final

Where the translation ends up
For Hindi specifically, a translation folds directly into the saved question set (alongside the original English), so it's available in the export automatically rather than needing a separate manual merge step — the review screen and the exported file end up showing the same bilingual content, and either language can be removed again from a set without starting the whole translation over if you decide you don't need it after all.
