How to Export the Same Question Bank in Multiple Formats at Once
If you need a question bank in more than one platform's format, there's no need to re-extract the source PDF for each one.
The extraction and the export are separate steps
Reading a PDF and structuring its questions — figuring out what's a question stem, what's an option, what's the correct answer — is the expensive, AI-driven part of the process. Laying that already-structured data out into a specific platform's table format is comparatively simple. Treating these as one combined step means re-running the expensive part every time you need a different output format, which is wasteful if the underlying questions haven't changed at all.
Reusing an already-extracted set
A question set that's already been extracted and saved can be re-exported in a different format without paying for extraction again or re-uploading the source PDF — useful when you're distributing the same bank to two platforms that expect different table layouts, or when a platform switch means everything you've already built needs to move to a new format.
When it's worth doing upfront
If you already know you'll need a bank in two formats, there's no downside to generating both right away rather than coming back later — but the option to add a second export afterward, from a saved set, means you're never locked into a single format decision made before you actually knew you'd need a different one.
